Fred is absolutely wonderful! He's a very smart & cheerful guy! He made us feel at home, it felt more like staying with family than staying a hotel or b&b. He was very laid back about my constantly changing our check in time (we had a long drive from NY and hit traffic) and he brought us coffee and muffins in the morning before we checked out! (Fred, those muffins were amazing, thank you!)
The room was very spacious, had a little kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, a nice bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed, nice TV, electric blankets (we arrived during a cold snap in mid October), a space heater just in case, the room is fully furnished with a small kitchen table for two, leather arm chair, dresser, armoir, you name it! AND the room was adorned with his very talented wife's beautiful artwork! It was on a rustic (by suburban NY standards haha) wooded road that was no more than 5 minutes from shopping, restaurants, etc. It was also easy to find from the highway! oh and there was even a great outlet plug that allowed my husband and to plug in both our computers, our cell phones as well as USB ports for our e-ciggs! 5 stars and 4 thumbs up! We very much enjoyed chatting with Fred when we arrived and before we left! He made himself very available should we have needed anything...which we didn't because everything was perfect!
