Modern,bright,two floors apartment suitable for bigger family, friends, little groups .Sunny oriented site.
First floor is 70sm, contains of common area with dinning corner,modern and fully equipped kitchen. Sunny coffee gazebo and sunny balcony.
Both suitable for enjoining summer Icelandic sun.
Second floor contains of two south oriented bedrooms with nice view of the neighborhood and one big comforted bathroom with tub and a shower.
The couple bedroom contains one king size bed and closet.
