This walk in unit is tucked away in the beautiful golfing community of Holiday Hills. This condo has been recently renovated with with brand new stainless appliances, beautiful new beds and linens, The kitchen is completely outfitted for all of your cooking needs. We also provide a full-sized stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Holiday Hills community offers access to many amenities such as golfing, swimming, arcade, clubhouse, a restaurant called The Grille on the Greens, basketball and tennis courts, volleyball and shuffle board.
We are 5 minutes from Branson Landing where you have access to some of Branson's best shopping and dining on the beautiful Lake Taneycomo.
You are then about 10 minutes from downtown Branson which features historical shops such as the infamous Fudge Shoppe and other merchants where you could spend many hours browsing the history of Branson. If you wanted to see a show on the famous Hwy 76 you are a mere 15 minutes from great ones like Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, The Bald knobbers, and The Andy Williams Moon River Theatre-just to name a few.
This condo is perfect for a weekend get away, staying a week, for family, for business, for golf, or for shopping. Look no further, we've got everything you need for whatever your purpose is for visiting the beautiful Branson, MO.
Guest have access to all resort amenities, 3 pools (1 indoor), hot tub, open picnic and grilling areas, indoor recreational center with snack bar, video games and pool table.
5 minutes from the Branson Landing about about 10 minutes from the Branson Strip. Silver Dollar City is also nearby, about 15 miles away.
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4:00 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10:00 A.M. CST. If possible, we can accommodate you for an early check-in request.
2. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. Smoking in this unit will result in an additional $250.00 charge for fumigation. Please do not smoke in this unit.
3. PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. No cats. Small breed, house-trained dogs are allowed for an additional $25 fee. You are responsible for any damage and cleanup.
4. DAMAGE CAUSED BY RENTER OR GUESTS. Renter shall pay for and is fully
responsible for any damages to the condo or misplaced or stolen contents in the unit. Sewer blockage caused by improper items put down drains or toilets during Renters stay shall be repaired at Renters expense.
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT. A security deposit up to the amount of $100.00 may be held on your credit card. This amount is refunded within (10) days of departure provided that:
a. No damage is done to the unit or contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to smoking, pet violations or late check out.
c. No linens are lost or damaged.
d. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster.
e. (If applicable), all keys are returned to master lockbox outside front door and unit is locked.
f. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
g. The guest is not evicted by the owner, his representative, security or law enforcement.
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests in this unit is limited to 6 persons. An additional charge of $50.00 per person per night will be charged for guests in excess of 6.
7. SWIMMING PASSES. Swimming passes are located inside the unit. Renters must carry a swimming pass at all times when in swimming areas. Without a swimming pass, the Resort will not allow you to swim. Please leave swimming passes in the unit upon departure. If passes are not left it will result in a $50 charge to replace them.
8. CLEANLINESS. Renters agree to leave the unit in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Any extra charges by housekeeping as a result of Renter’s negligence shall be at the expense of the Renter.
9. MAINTENANCE ISSUES. Renter agrees to notify Owner immediately of any
maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
10. ACCIDENTS. Renter and all occupants shall not hold the condominium association, the owner, or anyone acting on behalf of the owner responsible for any accidents or deaths that may occur during Renters stay.
11. NOISE. Quiet time observed from 10 pm to 6 am. Violators may be evicted.
