This waterfront condo is located in the lovely Holiday Island community on Tierra Verde. Only a short drive from St. Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grille, and the popular Fort DeSoto Park (which covers five islands and 1,136 acres on the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay), you will be surrounded by plenty of options for long beach days or spending days on the water. Located in a manicured and well-maintained community, you can enjoy lovely views of the landscaping with a backdrop of the expansive Tampa Bay from your balcony!
You will also have access to the large community Clubhouse, where there is plenty of seating, pool tables and a large screen TV. If you are looking to have a gathering or event, you can even rent the clubhouse! There is also a coin laundry room so you don`t have to travel with dirty clothes!
Holiday Island has a beautiful pool, hot tub and a dock with picnic tables and BBQ grills. From the dock, you can see the impressive Sunshine Skyway Bridge! There is no shortage of beautiful views at Holiday Island.
If you are bringing a boat, waverunner, kayak or trailer, it must be registered with the condo association and fees do apply. Please contact us regarding this.
Guests have access to the entire condo as well as all the amenities of the community.

Guests may call the office during normal business hours for any issues or concerns. If there is an emergency and the office is closed, guests may call the emergency line which is provided in their welcome letter.
All properties are NON-SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking is permitted outside of the property. (DO NOT LEAVE BUTTS ON GROUND OR THROW OVER BALCONY). Smoking indoors will result in a fee of $500.00, plus tax.
The number of guests permitted to visit the property in addition to the sleeping guests is 4 (not allowed to stay over). No subletting is permitted.
RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT: Please make sure that your level of noise, and that of your guests, does not infringe upon your neighbors. It is important to remember that residents keep patio doors and windows open to enjoy the weather. This means that the level of volume from televisions and sound systems should be maintained at a level that does not disturb others. At no time, should any such devices be used on the balcony.
PARKING: Please park in Assigned spots and use provided parking passes if applicable. You may also use Guest spots as needed.
VEHICLE POLICY: No vehicles other than automobiles shall be permitted to park within the property. For the purposes of this rule, “automobile” does not include trucks over ¾ ton, trailers, mobile homes, vehicles over 21’ in length, or with more than two axles. Motorcycles are allowed. No vehicle which cannot operate on its own power may remain within the property. No vehicle repair may be done on the property, excluding emergencies.
LAUNDRY: Some units will have washers and dryers and some will have community laundry rooms. Please make sure to shake all sand out of clothes and towels. Clean lint traps in dryers after using.

PETS: Other than service animals, pets are not allowed. If one is found on the property, you will be evicted and forfeit all monies.
RIGHT OF ENTRY: Owner reserves the right to show the property at reasonable hours during the day with 12 -hour advanced notice. Notice will be considered given if the Owner’s Representative sends an email, or text message, should they be unable to contact the tenant via telephone.
INDEMINIFICATIONS: Owners and their representatives will not be held liable if amenities malfunction during stay. Guests will not hold Owners and their Agent(s) liable for any injuries occurring on a property. If home is sold, foreclosed or taken off the market, a comparable home will be provided. If it is not to your satisfaction, your money will be returned. If we cannot provide a comparable home, your money will be returned. We will not be responsible for any other reimbursements other than the rent and deposits.
RAILINGS & BREEZEWAYS: Nothing should ever be hung on the balcony or breezeway railings!
USE OF ITEMS IN THE PROPERTY: You may use the items such as the kayaks, floats, beach chairs, fishing poles, etc. UNLESS specifically told otherwise.
EMERGENCIES: In the event of an emergency during your stay, please call our 24-hour emergency maintenance line at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Our normal business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
DISSATISFACTION UPON ARRIVAL: Cleaning problems, as well as any damages to unit & furnishings must be reported in writing within 24 hours of check-in time, including weekends & holidays. Failure to report dissatisfaction with cleaning or damages within 24 hours of check-in time will result in responsibility resting with the Tenant(s).
