Tall ceilings, modern touches, and handmade, reclaimed wood furnishings are the cherry on top of this one-of-a-kind rental. An open living room welcomes the family and is just the spot for relaxing after a day exploring the nearby sandstone mountains. Kick back on the sofa and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. This home comes with WiFi, cable, a DVD player, and stereo.
Across the room, warm tones create an inviting kitchen space for the chef of the group to whip up tasty meals using not only major stainless steel appliances, but also add-ons such as a coffee maker, waffle iron, mixer, toaster, and blender. Take a seat around the pub-height table for four or pull up to the breakfast bar to enjoy a home-cooked meal with the group.
After an easy cleanup using the dishwasher, and tossing a load in the washer or dryer, head out to the balcony to wait for stars to shine through, or work on your climbing skills on the amazing 17-foot climbing wall, complete with harnesses and safety connections in the master suite!
Come nightfall, adults will adore a good night's rest on the king-size bed in the master suite and the kids will love the super tall bunk beds in the second bedroom. A queen-size bed sits beneath the three stacked twin beds (which have a fire pole for an easy exit) as well. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is set off the hallway and a stand-alone shower is found in the en suite master bathroom.
Strap on your hiking boots and drive north six miles to Arches National Park to hike, snap breathtaking photos of the natural red rock arches, and more. The Island in the Sky entrance to Utah's largest national park, Canyonlands, is only 30 miles away and boasts hiking trails for all abilities as well as panoramic views of the canyons, buttes, mesas, and more. Cool off with a whitewater rafting trip down the Colorado River, or drive south to Spanish Valley to swim and kayak in Ken's Lake. Take a Jeep tour, mountain bike, and rent ATV's.

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability
Thank you for your reservation at Scalatore at La Dolce Vita Villas. This is a very unique unit, and we are sure you’ll enjoy your stay here. Scalatore provides access to some challenging, fun, and potentially dangerous activities: climbing walls, elevated bunk beds, and fireman’s pole. You’ll need to take special precautions, as well as release liability to utilize these items and participate in the associated activities. Scalatore is fully usable without the use of the climbing walls, elevated bunks, and fireman’s pole, and functions the same as any of the other rental units at La Dolce Vita Villas without their use. We’ll ask you to agree to the terms herein indicating that you either release both the management company, Vacasa, and property owner from any liability involved in the use of these items, or agree to not use these items or participate in these activities during your stay.
I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLIMBING WALLS, ELEVATED BUNK BEDS, AND FIREMAN’S POLE LOCATED IN SCALATORE ~ LA DOLCE VITA VILLAS #5, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities residing in the rental unit, or persons I allow access to the rental unit. I take full responsibility for any falls, or personal injury related to the use of said activities.
I certify that I am physically fit, and maintain that any persons allowed to participate in said activities are physically fit and fully able to do so. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude myself, or any members of my party, from utilizing the climbing walls, bunk beds, and Fireman’s pole. If any members of my party, or guests I allow access during my stay, are not fit to participate in said activities, I agree to prevent them from participating.
In consideration of my rental of this unit, I hereby take action for myself, other members of my party, guests, and assigns as follows:
(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me during my stay, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Vacasa LLC, La Dolce Vita Villas LLC, and/or their directors, officers, employees, and agents.
(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in section (A) above from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in said activities or usage of said items.
