CHECK IN time is flexible depend on whether I have guests to check out on the same day. Guests can drop off luggage after 11am(pls advise in advance), and keys can be also handed out for guests to come back check in anytime after 3pm or as soon as room is ready.
LATE CHECK IN - I will leave the key in the key lock box for you to collect, and provide you with the passcode to open the lockbox.
CHECK OUT is 10am and self service, guests pls leave the keys on the kitchen bench, lock and close the door behind, and please send me a text message when you leave.
*luggage lockers are available at sky bus station(approximately 5mins walk) for guests who need luggage storage after check out.
Guests have entire apartment and full access to pool, gym and tennis court during the stay

No pet allowed
No smoking inside apartment (Smoking permitted at balcony with door closed)
No Noise or disturbance to neighbourhood. (Please keep quiet at night from 22:00 to 07:00)
2. Please use the apartment with proper care and respect my belongings that I kept in the apartment, and keep the place clean. The apartment will be in a clean and tidy condition on arrival and guests are requested to leave it in a similar condition as you find it, except for normal usage and cleaning.
As I had some bad experiences and you allow me to charge an extra cleaning fee of 150 AUD minimum if apartment being left in unpleasant condition, plus any replacement of damage/missing or broken items.
Therefore please clean your dishes and empty rubbish bin before your departure, and avoid careless spilling, spotting or splashing of liquids on wall/floor)
4. No illegal/anti social activities - Guest agrees that he/she will not use this apartment to engage in any illegal activities or to behave an anti social manner. Guests agrees that not to put on loud parties or engage in other act that could caused the damage of the property or cause disturbance to neighbours (including party, drunk and wandering at the common area in the building)
Please be aware that failure to comply these may result the immediate evicted by host (or any appointed representative of the host), local law enforcement, or the building manager/concierge, without any recompense for any future rental paid, and may be held liable for consequential damages.
5. Only the confirmed numbers of guests are allowed on the property

I lived in this apartment for past few years, and now relocate to suburban area close to my work place.
