Walk down the hill to reach the Giant Steps Express Lift, the Blackfoot Lift, and the Snow Tube Park, or hop on the free shuttle to the Navajo and Pioneer Lifts.
With knotty pine walls, a ceiling of skylights, and comfortable sofas and armchairs, the interior living space is cozy and welcoming. Light the gas stove to warm your feet, use the WiFi to follow the snow report, and play a board game or watch a few shows on the flatscreen TV with internet capability.
Prepare nutritious breakfasts and hot lunches in the full kitchen, which features an espresso maker and coffee grinder, a slow cooker, and a granite countertop with seating for four. Light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, sit down to eat on one of the two balconies, and end the evening with a relaxing steam in the community steam room.
This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo will sleep 10 people. You'll find a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two queen beds and a set of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. Please note that the second and third bedrooms are connected by a sliding glass door.
Extra amenities include shared laundry facilities, a set of baby gates, and a two-car garage. Two dogs are also welcome, but please be advised that an 80-pound weight limit and a nightly pet fee apply.
As an epicenter for winter and summer sports, Brian Head is full of the natural beauty that Utah is famous for. Come winter, you'll find the state's highest base elevation (9,600 feet), eight lifts, two tubing hills, two terrain parks, and 71 ski trails. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
