The community is surrounded by a lot of trees and greeneries, seeing small spiders and insects is highly likely if you keep the doors open. We advice to keep the doors shut most of the time to avoid having those insects crawl inside the house.
PARKING on the Premises: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles and their contents under any circumstances. Please ensure that no valuables are left in your vehicle at any time. Always make sure your vehicle is LOCKED.

- Be sure to turn the lights off when you leave the house.
- Be respectful and courteous to the neighbors
- $150 additional fee if you loose the magnetic key for pool area.
- $50 additional fee if you loose the apartment key.
- Guests are responsible for any damaged or broken item in the apartment.
Regarding Parties or Large Gatherings:
This is a quiet community and as such: loud music, parties, commercial events, and hosting large groups is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. Our neighbors are very sensitive to loudness, noise, and parties. We remain in very close communication with our neighbors and HOA and hold the right to terminate your stay if neighbors complain while you're there, or if a party is reported or suspected.
We kindly ask guests to observe an 11:00AM check-out time on the date of departure. Our cleaning service will arrive promptly at 11:30AM the day of your departure.
