I’m really sorry for the “cons” to your particular experience. I want to assure you that, our neighborhood is really safe, the cop presence is consistent, especially, that the University of Hawaii is one block down the street with included “emergency” stations around the school for your safety. I recommend a beautiful stroll or night exercise to anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful, serene, and quiet vast night skies of Manoa Valley. And at our property there are the added touch of security cameras, -there has been no issues. Unless, of course maybe there are some guests whom choose to take on the 2 mile walk from the nightlife Waikiki offers, which naturally in the am hours of the morning your guard perhaps is heightened. Which brings me to your next “con”: the size of our walls have never been a problem, I just ask everyone to be mindful of the house rules you agree to. Everyone is happy when the quiet hours are respected. Every guest is here for different reasons, some are here for business trips, we are a dormitory not a frat house. I will say it does get warm here, as everyone notices, most houses and buildings on the island do not have a presence of air-conditioning, however, we do have well ventilated windows with supplied fans. Cleaning is an area that there will always be room to make more immaculate-right?- that’s more a subjective opinion. There is cleaning completed everyday (in the mornings usually). Lastly, I went above and beyond to accommodate you when you arrived a day early, I’m sorry someone was still present in your room-rightfully so, I’m just really glad I could accommodate you overnight to save you the trouble from sleeping at the airport until your reservation started the next day. Thank you for your review, I will strive to communicate better for our guests needs, say you run out of toilet paper or something. Mahalo! Choose Seaview Property Group again!
