The far end of the apartment is where the stunning open-plan living room sits, with all glass walls pouring in light, and a balcony which runs the length of it! This is undoubtedly the piece de resistance of this home. The room is furnished in sweeping wooden floors and minimal decoration, allowing its size and wonderful design to be statement enough. It has a sitting space to one side with four chairs as well as a TV unit for entertainment and a dining area on the other side of the room which is large enough to seat up to six guests. The kitchen is tucked away behind a glass screen and has a modern finish with oak brown cupboards which have under-cabinet lighting and sleek black splashback tiles. It comes with high-quality amenities for use such as an electronic induction hob, electric cooker, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The main living room has two widescreen TV/touch screen PCs, both wide 80 TV channels and superfast optical fibre internet, with printer and scanner useful for printing boarding passes! There are two bedrooms in the apartment and both of these have French doors to a small shared balcony which pours in sunlight and brightens up the rooms. They are similarly styled with lemon yellow feature walls and double beds; the master bedroom comes with an en suite shower room which is finished to a very high standard in white tiling. The second bathroom in this property is fitted with a bathtub.
Hackney Wick is a vibrant up-and-coming area of East London buzzing with creative types. This property is an ideal base if you require a property in East London whilst remaining 25 minutes away from Central London.\ There is a secure parking space which comes with the apartment.\ Please note. there is not a working dishwasher in this property.
