Enjoy holidays on the beach in this coquettish apartment in Oliva! It can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people.
You will have access to a shared 4m x 8m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m. During hot summer days, the pool is the favorite spot of our guests. It's surrounded by a well-kept garden.
The apartment is on the first floor with no lift. Enjoy a large breakfast or a drink in the evening on the poolside terrace. There's a comfortable, air conditioned sitting-dining room with TV (local channels) where you can have a nap. Have meals with friends and family around the dining table with six chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a vitro hob. Have a drink at the breakfast bar while your friends are preparing a great meal. There are two twin bedrooms with closet an fan. One bedroom comes with a shower bath en-suite. Besides, the apartment offers another bathroom with bathtub. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. The sofa in the living area can be prepared as a double sofa bed if needed. Additionally, the apartment provides you with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is close to Oliva Nova sand beach. If you like walking, you can visit the beach of L'Aigua Morta, which is between the urbanisation of San Fernando and the Verdat river. This beach is more than 2 km long and is characterized by finde, golden sand and crystalline waters. Have a drink in the beach bar and enjoy the sunset. If you visit us during the winter, you can practise water sports like windsurf or play golf in Oliva Nova. Furthermore, there's a soccer field in the town where you can play with the locals.
