As you enter the property you will find this attractive double size living space, with fireplaces, high ceilings, shutters etc. The first room features a large sofa, armchairs and a flat screen television. The second room has a sofa which can be converted into a double sofa bed for 2 guests. This room can be separated by large double doors and over looks the garden.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
On the lower ground floor, you will find a large open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, ovens, integrated fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The dining room has a table for 8 guests, TV and fireplace. The second dining room leads onto the delightful secluded garden and the table can seat up to 10 people.
There is also a utility room on this floor with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the ground floor, you will find a separate WC.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers; also high ceilings and a ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to a large, airy ensuite bathroom with a roll top bathtub, glass shower and double wash basins.
The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk.
The third bedroom is fitted with a small double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
The fourth bedroom is fitted with a single bed. a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk.
TOP FLOOR BATHROOM
This bathroom features a shower, wc and single wash basin.
This property has its own private, quiet garden, with table tennis table, perfect for the sunny summer months!
Please note that parking can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
No smoking, pets or parties! There is a friendly cat who needs feeding once a day. Parking can be arranged for guests at an additional cost.
