I checked in with Kelsey to see if everything was okay and as I said in my original review, everything seemed okay because she said she was fine. She didn't mention what the shower issue was, and I have no idea what it was because when I showed her the place and when I followed up later, she didn't mention anything. I am pretty sure she picked my place because of the value, because there are two hotels within 300 yards that were available and which she could have walked to the airport as well but she would have spent 211.00 per night. At every lodging spot, Summer is more expensive because its high season. If a guest were to say something, I would normally ask them to send a text with a pic or some sort of notice and if it showed something awry, I would try to make it right. Kelsey can improve the whole situation by politely speaking up and letting us try to find a resolution to a legit complaint, before rather than leaving a negative comment. Normally this place is cleaned by a third party, who basically asks me the same thing. We get a pic, pass on a pic and try to make it right. But well after the fact, her remaining silent wasn't the choice I would have suggested. Had there been a documentation photo my normal practice would have been to give a credit. I try to make things right if they are wrong and one gives me a chance. But unfortunately, we seem to disagree when I showed it to her it looked clean to me, very clean.
