Regarding the building, it is an ancient building and it does not have any structural problems to be worried about, you could have asked us for the documents regarding the diagnostic on the flat situation, as it is stated on the contract you signed in English, it is at disposal. Regarding the wifi, we provided you with the network name and code, your complain ended up being that you were sure your mobile phone was not the issue and that the password was too long 23 digits and that you did not want to try to log in it anymore. To make sure the code and the network worked we verified with the other users, for whom the password did not present any issue, beyond that we were not able to find out the reason why your mobile could not connect.
Concerning the water, when you mentionned that there was no hot water we immediately solved it, still you continued to complain about it later on even if you confirmed you did not have this issue anymore. The cooker issue has been transmitted to the owner in order to fix it. The washing machine and dryer were not covered in rubbish but some items from the owner and still it did not interferred with the plug in cable as you stated that the machine did not work because you did not know how to plug it in, we did it for you and checked that it worked.
To conclude, we never stated that you should not expect to have the same kind of service as an Hotel and that you should not expect much, on the contrary at all times we were available to try to find the solutions, you asked for a sewing thread and a needle which were not inculded on the description, we got it for you, we got you also another oven.
At the end of the day we even thought that you would have appreciated the efforts we did to satisfy you even after you slammed the door after us when trying to find solutions to each situation that caused ou uncomfort. Believe us we are working to improve our services but so far we never had such a severe critic, still we'll take them all in consideration the fair ones and the unfair ones in order to provide a satisfying service at each time.
