The neighbourhood is a very quiet one yet located in the most prime area of Dehradun. The people are friendly and helpful. One is 10 minutes walk away from all shopping areas like Astley hall, Paltan Bazaar. Forest research Institute is 15 minutes drive and Sahastradhara a picnic spot is 20 minutes away. Cheap transportation is available steps away from the property. Church and Temple is close by and the mosque is not too far.
