One bedroom apartment/Carriage house above three car garage on beautiful horse farm in Sellersville. Clean decor very private quiet setting. Just 3 miles from the Sellersville Theatre and Quakertown. Enjoy Nature, Chickens and Horses. Take a riding lesson, a walk, float in the pool, or read. If you love the outdoors and animals you will love our farm. Please don't be alarmed by our Doberman "Giggy" she is a love. Want to pop a tent and sleep under the stars? Plenty of room! Also Motorhome hookup

We have chicken's that squabble with the sun. Our horses are quiet but you may get a passing breeze with a hint of manure. Farm chores start early, but you can sleep in. Great views, fresh air and a remodeled apartment that is small but super cozy!
