Even though you are steps from the beach, you will be close enough to venture out on a ten (10) minute walk and visit Ocean Park Beach, arguably the best beach in San Juan. Near Ocean Park Beach you will find the up-and-coming neighborhood of Calle Loíza, colorful, young, brave and daring. Calle Loiza offers restaurants and local businesses. An eight minute walk towards Santurce will take you to the farmer’s market called “Placita de Santurce”. The farmers market is framed by tons of restaurants and bars that offer great choices to have lunch and eat during the week and cool night life beginning Thursdays and through the weekend. Follow Ashford Avenue towards the west and you will find yourself in Old San Juan. It can be done by foot but I suggest you get to Old San Juan by Uber,
You can enjoy the whole apartment and its terrace, which is shared with the host's apartment. For your convenience there are three (3) restaurants on the first floor.
There is one (1) parking space available. It is possible to find additional parking in any of the nearby streets but you will also have the option to park in any of the nearby parking lots, some of which offer a daily flat fee. There is a lot to do in Condado, therefore you only need a car if you want to explore the Island. For the rest you can just Uber.

- NO LOCALS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
- DO NOT TAKE THE SAND OFF IN THE SHOWER, use the hose on the terrace for this purpose.
- DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY AND IN GENERAL: Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed
- Guest(s) shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the host, owner, its employees and contractors from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any person, or for loss or damage to property, which arises out of Guest’s use of the property, participation of recreational activities in or out of the property, or from the conduct of Guest’s business, or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted, or suffered by Guest(s) or its invitees in or about the Property.
- Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises. Should housekeeping find any property left by Guest(s), Owner will charge $50.00 in addition to actual shipping charges for handling the return of any of such property.
- Any and all equipment, appliances and furniture, including but not limited to toilet, shower, sink, fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioning units and TV shall be only used for their intended purpose. Do not flush any “tampons”, “condoms” or item other than toilet paper. Emergency unclogging of toilet will be deducted from the security deposit at actual cost or $250.00, whichever higher. Please dispose garbage in a clean and sanitary manner and in the places reserved for that purpose. Excessive garbage should be taken to the proper garbage bin located in the back of the building. Excessive garbage left in the apartment will result in an additional housekeeping charge of $45.00.
- ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES Guest(s) and all of its party members and/or invitees shall not engage or allow other to engage in illegal activities nor use or allow the use of any illegal drugs, firearms, fireworks or hazardous substances.
- MISCELANEOUS PROVISIONS • No Smoking or Pets allowed: Failing to comply with this requirement will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. • Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition. Lost keys or lockout will result in a $150.00 charge.. • Owner has the irrevocable right to enter the property in case of emergency or suspected emergency, or to protect or preserve the premises. • Guest shall not alter or add locks or sublet the property. • Bathroom towels shall remain at the premises. • Daily maid service is not included. • NO HOUSE PARTIES and please no locals in the property. We want to keep the property available to international travelers. • The property shall not be occupied by more than the number of people stated in the reservation. If additional people are found to be occupying the property Guest(s) will forfeit the security deposit and be required to vacate the premises.
- In the event host shall be delayed or hindered in or prevented from the performance of any act required under this short term lease to be performed by host by reason of strikes, lockouts, labor troubles, inability to procure materials, failure of power, restricted governmental law or regulations, riots, insurrection, war or other reason of a like nature (collectively, "Force Majeure"), then performance of such act shall be excused for the period of the delay, and the period for the performance of any such act shall be extended for a period equivalent to the period of such delay
- Failure to comply with the House Rules will result in the termination of the short term lease agreement. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately. By booking this property through Airbnb.com, Guest(s) agree to the House Rules.
