You will meet me, Alvin while the hosts are conversant in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese and Mandarin. Guests privacy is fully assured but if there are requests for information on the surrounding food & shopping or even tourist attractions, we will be most happy to accommodate all these request over a cup of coffee & we will offer our most extreme help to ensure our guest have a comfortable stay with us likes a family even it for 1 night or 2 nights or even longer. We will be in attendance. There will be no stay in owners except for our guests. We will provide utmost assistance & information to our guests on any request or help that is necessary. Guests will have the privacy of their own room , complete freedom to use the common dining hall, kitchen cooking facilities, swimming pool, refrigerator & washing machine is available.
We are always on the run around city centre and we will be able to help you should you face any problem during your stay. We welcome you to our guesthouse and we will try to make your stay as memorable, comfortable and relaxing as possible. We understand travelers need as there might be slight difficulty on the direction. You have our confident and no regret to book from us.
1.Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit
2.No drugs/Excessive alcohol consumption.
3.Please take off your shoes and place them at the designated area.
4.Please gently move your luggages to prevent scratching on the floor.
5.Please keep the volume low in the condo, do not make any loud noise to prevent getting complaint from the neighbors and management.
6.To save energy, please switch off all lights, electrical appliances, water heater switch and air conditioners before leaving the condo or not in used.
7.Please dispose the trash to the refuse room near lift lobby.
8.Please input the correct number of guests checking in, we will charge double on the extra guests which are not declared in advance.
9.Please declare damages, scratches or breakages if any when you check out.
10.All rubbish and waste should be pack in bags and place into the garbage room.
11.Do not hang clothes outside. Please use dryer provided.
12.Please lock the main doors all the time
13.Please note check in is anytime after 3.00pm.
14.Please note check out time is by 12.00pm.
There are just a few simple house rules that I may need you to obey.
1. Guests will be given 1 set door key and card to enter the unit. Remember to bring the key and card out each time otherwise there will be a RM50 charge for sending over someone to open the door. A penalty of RM100 for loss of key. The apartment's access card will be charged RM100 if lost.
2. Turn off light, fan, air con and others electrical items when not using (we have waste enough energy)
3. Please do not consume drugs/Excessive alcohol in the unit
4. Lock the door and gate when nobody is home.
5. Clear any rubbish that may attract insects within 2 days old.
6. Wash the plates and cutleries after use.
7. Kindly do not damage any furniture and items in the unit, otherwise damage deposits will be claimed.
8. DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE the unit. Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony, but not within the unit itself
9. Treat the place with respect as if you are staying at a friend's place. Kindly do not make it into a pigsty. DO NOT THROW Towels on the floor. (Please put in the washing machine are done using).
10. Be considerate to the neighbors (do not be noisy at night) and enjoy your stay!
11. No additional guests other than that declared.
Failing to follow these rules will result inconveniences to your stay.
