I am Melbourne's longest-running host, pride myself on value, comfort and communication, and go out of my way to make sure guests enjoy their time in the world's most liveable city.
This apartment has charm, style and everything you'd need for a fantastic stay, whether it's for business, leisure or a getaway.
100% of proceeds from this Airbnb listing go towards the running of the charity that I founded in 2013. So you can feel like a hero and stay at a super awesome Airbnb at the same time!
With the CBD just 3km away (either a short tram trip, bike ride or lovely half-hour walk), Richmond is the best place to experience Melbourne.
Our place is surrounded by cafes, restaurant and shopping strips (Bridge Road, Swan Street, Victoria Street), shops, boutiques, bars and pubs. We have a lot of natural light, in a very well-maintained building, full of classic antique and vintage pieces.
The rooms are bright and well-furnished, and towels and locally-made organic soaps are provided.
There's kitchen cupboard space for guests who want to do some of their own cooking, and you're welcome to use all appliances and cookware.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Guests have access to:
- local guide books, booklets and maps
- unlimited wifi
- tea/coffee/sugar etc
- self-sufficient kitchen

I am a good communicator, so although you won't meet me, I will only ever be a phone call, text or email away.
Good Apps to download are:
(and obviously G**gle Maps if you haven't already!)
The hot water system is smaller than that of a house, as it's an apartment. Please be aware that if you have a high pressure shower, the hot water will probably only last 10 minutes, which should be more than enough. Water restrictions have been very strict in Melbourne over the past decade and I would hope that my guests are the conscientious type anyway!
If you're going to eat whilst in the apartment, please don't do it in the bedroom (especially the bed). There's a dining table that's perfect for eating at!

I'm 32, active, outgoing, open-minded, friendly and reliable. I took my time acquiring a double degree in International Business/Japanese and am now kept pretty busy directing a charity (that has nothing to do with either of course) that I founded in 2013. I have lived in lots of different cities around the world and experienced a host of very different living arrangements (pun always intended), so I was pretty well accustomed to this gig before Airbnb even existed.
I like to run, learn Spanish (my partner is Mexican), travel, appreciate art, shop, wine, dine and board game. I get my kicks from real-life auctions, discovering exotic fruits and vegetables at my weekend farmers market, and meeting interesting people.
