A 4 season cabin centrally located in Mid-Coast Maine. Close to swimming holes, rivers, coastal beaches, bike and hiking trails. Dig into Maine Glamping with the outdoor kitchen's wood fired oven or grill. Relax pond side on gorgeous days and starry nights. Dresden is a small town on two rivers, surrounded by Maine's amazing local food scene : farms, nationally award winning cheese, oysters, breweries, and bakers. Totally the way life should be!
- Camp fire should be completely extinguished if not attended. The wood fired oven is safe to leave with coals pushed towards the back but should be attended if a log is just getting going or throwing sparks through the flu. Common sense is best: hot windy days (drought conditions) are not good days for a fire.
-Our live space is not well soundproofed from our gallery (we live above the gallery in the "barn". Therefore we ask that guest use the gallery bathroom between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. Exceptions are O.K. just not desirable. Thank You!!!
My Husband Charlie and I are glass blowers, year round cultural tourists and "foodies" from Farmer's markets, Maine's fiber frolic and Watershed Ceramics, to Haystack. I love color! I also love plants, Charlie's cooking, art and I love artists. Over the past 10 years we have been renovating the salt box barn that we call studio and home as well as an 1850's farmhouse and this sweet little cabin we share with family, artists and travelers. We love our local creative community (both farm and art).
