The Rocks Terrace retreat is one of five terraces in a row that survived the Bubonic (Black) Plague. In the early 1900's many buildings in the Dawes Point area were burnt to the ground, to eradicate the spread of the plague.
Situated on a quiet street, this terrace has been sympathetically restored and renovated. The owners have given great care to detail, with much time, love and expense going into this house. Rescuing this ugly duckling back to it's former glory.
The space is the entire house, a rear courtyard is a quiet retreat after a busy day of sightseeing or business.
The entire house.
