If you need a comfortable, clean and private “home from home”, you will love living in this modern, two bedroom, fully-furnished contemporary apartment, with free WIFI & parking (subject to availability). Whether you are travelling for business, locally contracting, training, or you just want a large comfy family home for a while, this will be perfect. Set in the Seven Dials area of Brighton and an easy walk from the Town Centre, train station, gym, sea front and local facilities. Perfect!!

Your property will be supplied with a double bed, fresh linen and towels as standard in each bedroom. If you have booked extra occupancy, then we would be delighted to swap the double beds for single beds to accommodate your required configuration, just request this in an email prior to arrival. Please note that you do NOT have to book extra occupancy if we are not required to swap the beds.

The Space
When compiling this listing I tried to think about all of the things that I wanted to know and be reassured about before booking any accommodation for myself during my various travels. I hope I've covered everything important but, if not, then please contact us for any info that I've missed...

This apartment is a modern masterpiece, with cool contemporary looks and clean loft style fittings. The property is larger than average, and has been thoughtfully finished with maple wooden floors which reflect the sunlight pouring into the property from the floor to ceiling windows. If you feel like a breath of fresh air, then you can sit on your glass balcony and watch the world go by or just relax and have a snooze in the warm sea air. The apartment has two large double bedrooms, two clean and well appointed bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and has a great sized walk in shower, an open plan spacious lounge and a luxuriously appointed built in kitchen.

Furnishing
The apartment has been furnished to our usual exemplary standard, with leather suites and contemporary furniture in the lounge to relax on whilst you watch your digital television or just sit back and snooze after a hard days work. There are glass dining tables, matching sets of dining chairs, and even coordinated occasional tables to rest your devices on whilst using the complimentary WIFI. The bedrooms contain, as standard, a double bed and a modern contemporary furniture suite, comprising bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a built-in double hanging wardrobe large enough to accommodate even the most robust of travel wardrobes! The apartment is finished with clean freshly laundered sheets, crisp bedding and towels, and we've even added digital televisions in the master bedroom as well so that you can relax in privacy with a bit of peace and quiet. The kitchen in this property is amazing, with a range of fitted units in gloss black finish, complimented by gloss black granite worktops which house all of the appliances ready for your use. There is even a built in wine cooler to keep your favourite tipple nicely chilled! Don’t forget that most of our apartments are fitted as standard with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, so that you can maintain your wardrobe at a time to suit you. The kitchen has been fully stocked with cooking utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery, and, unlike staying in a hotel and paying for expensive restaurant food, you can create whatever culinary masterpiece that you desire, whenever you feel like it, to whatever dietary and budget requirements that you have.

The Development
As with all of our properties, this development was chosen because of the ideal mix of convenience and privacy. Complimentary parking is provided in the well-lit, on-site parking area, set amidst the landscaped grounds and recessed underneath the development. Should you wish to make local journeys, then the shops, restaurants, gym and train station are within easy walking distance of your property. If you require local transport, then the bus service stops directly outside the development and visits all of the major local hubs including the train stations and airport. Please see the “Getting Around” section below for journey times to most local destinations.

Cleanliness
The entire apartment will be cleaned and inspected fully, before your check-in, using hypo-allergenic cleaning materials. During your stay, it's your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness level that you require. To help you with this, we've made sure that there are basic cleaning materials in the apartment for your use.

Unlike "normal" rentals, or owner occupied properties, my apartments are solely intended to provide a quiet, private and secure environment for all guests. This means that you can use all of the amenities of the property without worrying about upsetting the host or having to wait for three other sharers to finish using the bathroom! The space is yours, and has been furnished beautifully to provide you with the most relaxing possible experience during your stay. Whether you want to cook a four course meal in your well appointed kitchen, do laundry using the complimentary appliances, or just sink in to one of the luxurious sofas whilst reading a book and sipping a latte (or glass of wine), the choice is yours. Enjoy it, it's there for you!

Hay varios puntos negativos, alguno bastante grave a nuestro juicio. El primero es que el piso tiene un aparcamiento privado subterráneo en el edificio, donde nos indicaron personalmente que dejásemos el coche. Al día siguiente nos encontramos una multa oficial de 100 libras pegada en el parabrisas. La empresa que gestionaba el piso nos dijo que era sorprendente pero que no nos preocupásemos, y que si nos ponían más multas no hiciésemos caso. Así que quizás dentro de unos días reciba una multa inglesa a pagar de 100 libras sin posibilidad de protesta, ya que la denuncia estaba puesta con la matricula de nuestro coche. Lo segundo es que en el anuncio de Airbnb ponía que tenía wifi, y es cierto, pero nos encontramos la sorpresa de que en las instrucciones del piso ponía que se te pasabas de unos gigas (creo que eran 4) te los iban a cobrar. ¿Dónde estaba eso en el anuncio? ¿Por qué no nos lo dijeron al darnos las llaves? ¿Me voy a encontrar con un cargo en mi Visa dentro de unos días..? Esto es inadmisible, o hay wifi o no lo hay. Es como si te cobrasen por gastar mucha luz. Lo tercero es que al entregarnos las llaves nos dicen que a la mañana siguiente, estemos en casa o no, va a venir un técnico a arreglar la cortina. Y efectivamente, con todas nuestras cosas en la casa vino un señor con sus llaves y entró. Muy raro. ¿No lo podían hacer en otro momento? Lo cuarto es que el piso tenía muy pocas cosas. Cinco toallas y DOS rollos de papel higiénico para cinco personas durante cinco días. Solamente una bolsa de basura. Evidentemente tuvimos que hacer la comprar bien rápido. Hay lavaplatos, pero no hay pastillas, luego como si no hubiese. Y muy pocos cubiertos, platos y vasos. Lo quinto es que el agua caliente se acaba muy rápido. De los cinco que somos solamente nos pudimos duchar 3 con agua caliente, los otros dos con agua fría. Finalmente teníamos que abandonar el piso a las 10 de la mañana, con tres niños pequeños. Pedimos alargar una hora y nos dijeron que no, después también leímos en las instrucciones que si queríamos salir más tarde había que pagar un suplemento de 35 libras, evidentemente por eso obligan a salir tan pronto y se niegan a dejar salir más tarde, para propiciar que paguemos más. Se nota que es una empresa y no el dueño el que gestiona el piso. Lo demás bien. El piso limpio, la mujer que nos dio las llaves y la que las recogió muy amables, está a media hora andando del centro aunque con cuestas, y tiene tiendas y restaurantes alrededor, la urbanización está bien y el parking para el coche muy bien si no fuese por la multa. Hi Susanna I am so sorry to hear you had some concerns with the apartment Firstly please do not be concerned over the parking ticket, this as promised was dealt with by me and should never have happened, but was sorted immediately. The wifi is unlimited and free for your stay and you have not and will not be charged, but thank you for pointing this out on the paperwork, I will have this amended immediately. Unfortunately like most domestic properties, hot water has a maximum amount in a tank until it has reheated, so trying to have 5 showers one after the other would be very difficult in most properties. A set of towels are provided for each person and the apartment is equipped with a washer/dryer. Our check in times and departure times are clearly stated prior to your booking, you arranged to arrive at 4pm and then changed the arrival time to 7pm on the afternoon of your arrival. Our engineer has been with us for many many years and 100% trustworthy, our aim is to rectify a problem as quickly as possible and cause the least inconvenience to your stay. We always try and accommodate late check out, but if the apartment has been booked by a new guest we can not always help with this request, but did not receive such request from you.

i stayed for more than 2 weeks , and  washer machine's door dose not lock most of the time and sometimes it locked the clothes after washing them  , i called Robert who responded very quickly and arranged for an engineer to take a look at it , after the engineer came he tried to lock the door by giving it a good slam which did nothing , he told me after that he will get a new one within a week and no one came after that , the apt is great and well equipped , and about the Wi-Fi apparently it is only for email and texting use nothing more so if you are planning on watching NETFLIX or using a gaming console they  will charge you ,other than that it is a great apt

We arrived from a long flight. There was no toilet paper. All we wanted was to use the restroom, take a shower, order some food and sleep. At least toilet paper should be available. There was only one set of towels for the guests. 7 days with only one towel is anti-hygienic. We tried to use the washing machine but the clothes got trapped in the machine. The door didn't open. I made a claim and the host replied that next day in the morning somebody would fix the machine. Nobody showed up. In the afternoon somebody called me informing that someone would go to fix the machine in the afternoon. The person did not fix the machine but just opened its door by force. We couldn't use the machine any more. If appliances are provided they must work properly. There's a guide inside the apartment with the rules. One of them is to place the garbage in black plastic bags and take them to the bin store located in the car park. No plastic bags were found. If the host makes such a demand he must provide the plastic bags.Another rule was the apartment should be clean and tidy as it was on arrival. Well, we made all efforts to keep it clean but, what's the cleaning fee for when we made the payment to AIRBNB? The check-out was agreed to 10 a.m. as per host's policy. I've exchanged messages with the host via AIRBNB inbox that our check-ou was confirmed for 10 a.m. but on the day before I have found two missed calls from someone of SHORSTAYUK, the Company which manages the apartment. I called back and a lady asked me what time I would check-out next day. My answer was "ask Mr Robert because he knows" why anoying me if the check-out time was already agreed? The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable, well located but the host needs to improve the treatment.

Newer, extremely clean place to stay! Stroll down the hill to the hub of Brighton shopping. Seven Dials has plenty of bars, restaurants, and groceries, which is literally two blocks away. Excellent place for a short stay!

Over the years I have travelled far and wide for business, staying in great (and not so great) hotels, apartments and shared houses. One thing became apparent, that for me, there were certain things that were absolutely essential to make a great stay. I don't want to stay in someone else's home, living by their rules and feeling uncomfortable in their presence, like a nuisance or an inconvenience. I want to relax and enjoy the whole property, not be restricted to certain areas or be told that I can't cook what I want, when I feel like it. I also expect to walk into a property and feel that it is clean, to my standards, and not "lived in" by someone else. I want new clean linen, fresh towels, my own bathroom, and, call me fussy, a strong shower or private relaxing bath. I like other people, genuinely I do, but I don't want to share a property with a load of other noisy people, that's why, in my properties that are shared, you will only ever have a maximum of one flatmate of the same sex. I want to get back from work, park my car in a free secure parking area, make something to eat, (nothing complicated as my cooking's not great - spaghetti bolognese probably) in a fully stocked kitchen with my own cupboards, and maybe do some laundry. I need WIFI that works - this is a basic human right, not just for emails but for films and social media too, and I want to watch my film in a comfortable lounge, preferably on a comfy sofa, with a glass of red and maybe have a relaxed chat with my flatmate. And for all this, I don't want any stress and I don't expect to pay any more than the average.

So, back in 1989, I started a small property company. I had worked my butt off for ten years on the corporate ladder, and I used every penny I had to buy property. Since then the company has grown, and we now supply rented properties, on a long or short term basis, to both corporate clients and private residential people. In fact, people just like you.
