1. The occupancy limits are clearly stated in the listing (and are enforced by Palm Springs). 2. The occupancy limits are also stated in the rental contract. 3. Anthony was reminded of the occupancy limits along with the check-in details. Anthony acknowledged them. 4. The occupancy, noise and # of cars rules (via Palm Springs) were reviewed with Anthony again, by my concierge, at check-in. 5. Cameras are disclosed in both the listing and the rental contract. They only point at the front door and pool equipment - no private/indoor/pool areas. 6. Anthony asked to hide cars in the garage/RV parking spot.
I understand that Anthony is upset about being evicted. However, the rules were clearly communicated multiple times. Anthony willfully lied and broke them. Guest count was actually double the allowed limit. The swift eviction was due to the egregiousness of the violation. How could I trust someone to stay for 3 additional nights and respect the rules laid out by Palm Springs when such a willful disregard was displayed on the first night?
