I work during the week and sometimes through the weekend. Guests will have privacy throughout their stay.
During the weekend I generally clean the house and wash linen including the guestroom linen.
I keep a clean and tidy house, and request that guests keep the bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy.
For an extra fee I can arrange mobile simcard and hopcard to use for buses and train transportation in Auckland.
And if needed, I can assist with applications for a bank account and an IRD number for working visa Airbnb guests.
I prefer not to have locks on doors. For staying guests, I trust you by allowing you to enter and stay in my house, in return I ask guests to have the same sense, in that bedroom doors are closed only when guests need privacy.
No smoking or alcoholic consumption in the apartment. Please remove shoes at the front door. Tea, coffee, toast and cereals available. Cooking facilities limited and available on a case by case basis. Fast food outlets are available onsite.
Kia ora, I am Maori, I was born and raised in the Waikato and now live in Auckland City. I like animals especially cats and enjoy coffee and spicy food. My favourite past-time is to relax listening to music or walking along the beach. I enjoy travelling and meeting people from every walk of life.
As a guest, I like a clean tidy room, clean linen and towels, fresh coffee and my space.
As a host I welcome you into my home, provide a clean, tidy room and will let you have privacy. You will have cereal and toast with tea/coffee/juice for breakfast. I'm happy to pick-up or drop-off guests to the airport if weekend flights.
For those visiting with a working visa, I can assist with and recommend how you set up bank account and obtain an IRD number quickly. Please email if you have any questions.
Transportation within Auckland is easy. I live right next to a bus stop, and 5kms away from the train station. The bus is the cheapest and quickest transport to the train station, which will take you directly into Auckland city.
I am very new to hosting with AirBnB but look forward to meeting new acquaintances and sharing my culture with you.
Welcome to Auckland and Aotearoa, New Zealand.
