I had two 5 star reviews immediately preceding Paula's stay, from lovely guests who stayed and gave great feedback, one set checking out on the same day as Paula, who loved their stay, and not only did they leave the kitchen clean, but I had a cleaner go in before Paula arrived. All my guest have been lovely charming guests, and it is unfortunate that Paula has been my exception. I involved air-bnb who were amazing, and helped me resolve this situation, and what she says is not true, but I do not want to drag out any negativity about her motives on here. The listing is accurate, the pictures of the garden are accurate, and at no stage does the listing say I have two bathrooms. For a £600,000 Edwardian flat in a prime area of north London, 5 mins from Ally Pally where she needed to be, at a little over £100 a night for 4 people, I think she needs a little bit of a reality and ego check, and to pay for uber modern luxury accommodation, and not use air bnb.
