Great family beach house on soft sandy beach. Two houses with an enclosed courtyard for privacy. Easy waves at shore, great for small kids but further out big waves for surfing. Great place to watch nature- dolphins and birds. Go fishing or horseback riding, fly a kite.

2 homes, 2 full kitchens (kitchen is old in beach house but totally functional with all new appliances, more functional in the guest house), 2 living rooms. We cook in the guest house and eat in the beachhouse overlooking the ocean. Beach house has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo Their is a 50' smart ROKU TV offering streaming. Plenty of books This is a DVD player with plenty of movies to choose from.

The guest house has 1 king bedroom with private bath (tub/shower combo) and kid room which has a bunkbed and a trundle bed and a cot for little ones with a bathroom and shower.

There is a smart ROKU TV in the living room and the bunkbed room offering streaming. . DVD and CD player in the living room with music library including movies for the kids.

The courtyard is amazing place plenty of seating with umbrellas for shade. And a chimnea to sit around in the evening.

(Houses sleep total of 6 adults & 4 small children. We do count teenagers as adults. The configuration for adults is 3 couples or 2 couples and 1 single adult or 1 couple and 2 single adults. We have 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. The other beds are for small children.)

Garage filled with Beach toys including surf boards, snorkeling gear, boogie boards for children and adults,sand boards, beach chairs for children and adults. Board games, cards, and beach toys for children.Shade unit, Additional chairs for patio or carry up to the deck and relax there

In the garage, you will also find fishing poles and fishing supplies (bait can be bought at Vonnys Fleet up the road). The charcoal smoker barbeque is also stored there.

There is a chimnea in the courtyard which is great for relaxing at night under the stars.

On the side of the garage, there is an outdoor shower where you can wash off the sand.

A washing machine and dryer is available in an outside room near the guest house.

Although fireworks are legal to buy, they are illegal to shoot so to avoid any difficulties, please do not buy them.

This is a quiet neighborhood so things should quiet down by 9pm, Baja Midnight

Up to 2 Dogs are welcome but their is an additional $20 cleaning fee per dog. Prior approval required.

No ATV's are allowed on the beach.
