In this charming, clean, spacious, bright and comfortable brick house from 1898 in Central Lund we have one 150 sqm apartment for rent. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has 5 rooms, large living room with 2 sofas and a dinner table. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and basic food as tea, coffee, oil, salt, sugar etc) where you can cook and store your own food. It has 2 full bathrooms with showers; one on ground floor and one on upper floor. The entrance is from the inner courtyard. Access to laundry in the basement including washing powder. For washing use the booking list in the laundry to reserve your time.

Our place is located in Central Lund, 6-7 minutes’ walk to main town square in centre of Lund, 15 minutes’ walk to University, 20 minutes’ walk to Train Station, 1 minute walk (100 m.) to bus stop no 3. If you use one of our bikes (included) of course faster:) Enjoy proximity to shops, parks, playgrounds and restaurants while living in gorgeous and quiet surroundings. Corner shop for your most common groceries – 30 metres. - Great Supermarket ICA Satelliten) approx 250 metres - 6-7-minute walk to Mårtenstorget square with its shops, food hall, cinema and restaurants. – From Lund Central station you take bus no 3 (towards "Linero") approx 8 minutes to our stop called "Arkivgatan". Skanetrafiken is the name of the public transport and they have the best public transport planner - also as an app. You can use their app for your payment for the bus trip. 100 metres to the parking garage Dammgården. 10 minutes’ walk to the Botanical garden. To Malmö City it takes about 14 minutes by train from Lund C. Copenhagen Airport about 35 minutes by train. Buss to Malmö Airport about 35 minutes, which departs every hour from Lund C.

We ourselves, Eva and Per, lives in the apartment next door; easy to get in contact with us, always on the call. During good weather you can also enjoy the garden for a sunny breakfast.
