We find this house in the middle of a wooden area and very close to the sea, so you will spend a fantastic holiday if you want to disconnect from the everyday routine. Outside the house you will find all you need to spend a perfect summer holiday. You can have a siesta in one of the sunbeds of the terrace enjoying the fantastic sights. You can also prepare a barbecue for meals or dinners outdoors, surrounded by nature. The 1200 m2 plot is fenced and there are near neighbours.
Once in the inside of this fantastic house of 240m2 you will find ample and luminous spaces. The house is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with sofas and armchairs where you can watch Tv or enjoy the Wi-Fi connection. There is also a fireplace, ideal for winter nights, and there is also central heating for all the house. The kitchen with vitro is independent and fully equipped with all tools you may need to cook fantastic dishes. From the kitchen you can go outside rapidly to the porch where having meals or dinners. Four of the five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor also. Two of them have a double bed and the other two have two single beds, and all have a wardrobe. The last bedroom is on the upper floor, also with a double bed and a closet. There is a second living room on this floor, the perfect corner for reading or resting by the warm wood stove in the cold days. In the house we find three bathrooms with a bathtub, two on the ground floor and the last one on the first floor.The laundry has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an iron board. A cot and a high chair are available on request.
Port des Canonge is an incredible place in Sierra de Tramuntana where the mountain and the sea come together. Just the amazing natural environment will make that you have a perfect holiday. The beach is very close on foot and it is a familiar cove with pebbles and coarse gravel. Very close by car you will find the triangle of villages that you cannot miss: Valldemossa - Sóller - Deià, so that you can enjoy the Sierra beauty. In Valldemossa you will find all services you may need for an independent stay. The access road to Port des Canonge is a small winding road with astonishing views.
