I look forward to having Roommates, new friends, whether you can stay just a night or two or a week or two. Your privacy is important and respected so when you want or need information about the area, where to surf, best swimming beaches, waterfalls, nightlife, what to see and where to buy anything I'm here, so please ask me and I love conversations, I've got some great stories LOL
- I want Everyone to have an awesome stay, so I've put together a few House Courtesy items: 1) Your privacy is of the utmost importance and is to be respected. 2) Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am "hours can be flexible depending on all Guests schedules". 3) Smoking is permitted outside. 4) Please pick up after yourself. Such as cleaning after cooking by washing & putting away dishes right after using, wipe counters & stove (leave the kitchen as you found it, clean). 4) Do not take food or beverage from Fridge that you did not purchase. 5) Please turn off lights and fans in rooms when leaving that room to help conserve energy.
Hi, my name is Jason and I'm originally from Las Vegas, NV, USA. I've also lived in Oregon & Montana, just to name a few. I've traveled to South America to Europe to the Caribbean and landed in Puerto Rico 2 years ago and I've found my Paradise ! I've fallen in love with this Island, it's people and my new found opportunity to be able to share this with others. It's amazing to be able to pick bananas in your backyard, collect coconuts, mangos, avocados from neighbors and friends. The weather is awesome year round and I have a pick of so many beaches close my home to jump in for a swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, scuba or just hang out under a palm tree with a cold drink in hand and meeting new people. I love meeting people from all over the world and to be able to share my home, my experiences and my knowledge of this wonderful Tropical Island !
