I am sorry to read your sentiments on my home, though I feel they're expressed a bit melodramatically. For example you gave me a low communication rating but I responded to every message within the hour, answered every phone call, and went back and forth between you and the previous guest to arrange your early check in, I literally cannot conceive how I could have communicated better and I feel like that's just the clearest example of use of negative hyperbole in this review. Yes there are cobwebs in some upper corners. By rubbish I can only imagine you mean the three or four recycling items I had set neatly by the trash can. My lawnmower man was overdue but "knee height" is a wild and gross exaggeration. Similarly all other points, I don't pretend to be running the hilton here but "not currently habitable" is just silly and mean. I'm really sorry you didn't enjoy your experience, perhaps hotels would be better suited for you in the future.
