*Home in private, residential neighborhood - no loud noises, music or disturbances in general but especially after 8:00 PM.
*No party, get-togethers or events. Strictly enforced. ($500 fine in addition to immediate cancellation of reservation without reimbursements)
*No Smoking in the unit/home. $500 fine.
*Smoking is permitted on deck or outdoor patio area. Must empty ash cans upon check out.
*Number of guests must match reservation amount.
* Please don't rearrange or move any furnishings including furniture and decorations.
*Check in after 4:00 PM. Check out is by 10:30 AM.
*Early check in is subject to a half day fee and availability.
*If item or items is damaged , please contact host immediately.
*Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher.
*Kindly place dirty/used linens in hamper or on washer/dryer.
*Street parking permit must be reserved in advance and based on availability. $25/day per permit.

I love to travel and try to take a yearly vacation with my family and explore the world. During our travels, I find it easier and more efficient to stay with other Airbnb hosts. Hotels are expensive and would require the booking of 2 rooms. Not very family friendly.
