This is a lovely sunny home on the fringe of heaven in Titirangi. We are 10 min to beach (by car) bus stop outside, 10 mins to Cafes, Bars & Restaurants in Titirangi & Piha Beach & the Waitakere are a stones throw.
You will have the upstairs part of the house and downstairs is rented to the house manager (they have their own bedroom and bathroom and will share kitchen facilities only. She is rarely there.
Just 30 minutes from Auckland airport in the beautiful village of Titirangi / Glen Eden in Waitakere.
Nestled into a hill I have a 5 bedroom home, you will have the entire upstairs.
You will share the kitchen with the house manager but she is rarely there. If want want to eat out you can walk 10 minutes to Glen Eden and there is a Fish and chip shop, a lovely Indian Restaurant, Italian Restaurant, Chinese Take away, or just up the hill in Titirangi Village there are a number of wonderful places to eat as well as a Supermarket, Post office, Pharmacy.
I speak reasonable German as well as English.
You have the upstairs portion of the house which includes 3 bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, kitchen/dining room and back yard with deck.
There are also laundry facilities downstairs.
We do have a little 5 year old cat called Lucy and our house manager will feed her and look after her.
- We do not wear shoes in the house. This would also helps to keep the apartment clean.
- Turn off lights, heaters, air conditioning and others electrical items when not using (except Wifi router)
- Live like a local. Take the garbage out when it's full, clean the dishes after using them, and keep the house as clean as you'd (EMAIL HIDDEN)e with open heart and mind, embrace local culture, eventually you will enjoy the whole journey here. If you have any issue regarding the house just open up to me and I will assist you unconditionally
No smoking inside the house or in the immediate surrounding space. Also no pets..
Please turn off the lights when you are not using them.
If you are the last person in the house and you are going out please put on the alarm and make sure the cat is either outside or upstairs when the alarm is put on.
Keep the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.

Im originally from the UK and moved to NZ in 1998, I work as an actor and and agent. My husband Brian is a carpenter in the film industry making film sets for all the big movies shot in NZ. Lastly Charlie is our teenage son, he loves singing and tennis and all three of us love to travel.
I love stories and talking to people about their travels. Travel is the one thing that keeps me alive.
