This is a basement apartment with secure private entrance. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a second private room which can be used as an office or 2nd bedroom with the inflatable queen "never flat" bed / pack-n-play for children. You have a full kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, basic spices and cooking supplies. We live upstairs, so if you need a pantry item for cooking let us know and we will probably have it. Includes dining area, living room, bath room, one bedroom (queen bed) and 2nd bed room/office.
Since we live upstairs, you may here us walking around as we get ready in the morning or when we get home. We understand your privacy, want your stay to be comfortable and will ensure we do not disturb you.
We have 2 small dogs ( 15 lbs) who live upstairs with us. For the comfort of our guests, we do not allow our dogs into the apartment space (so it is pet free). Our dogs are poodle mixes so they don't shed and are "hypoallergenic."
The space easily accommodates 4 people (maybe more if you are creative). We have a queen bed which sleeps 2, an inflatable queen air mattress can sleep 2 more in the extra room. If you have children (or are a little shorter) there are couches in the living room as well. We have a pack-n-play for small children. Children welcome. No Pets.
There are stairs so this is not wheel chair accessible.

Will get you any where in Denver and you can enjoy your trip without having to pay for parking which is available at meters for 2 hous max or in surface lots ($6 for 30 minutes upt to $18 for a day).

Only registered guests in apartment. If you need to add a guest to the registration, you must do so through Airbnb. The additional guest must be accepted by the hosts before they may stay in the apartment.

Pay per view and On Demand rental fees are not included in your rental. If you incur fees from these services, you must pay the host before you leave or the fees will be withheld from your deposit.
Turn off all appliances, heaters, humidifiers, coffee maker, and/or stove/oven each time you leave the apartment.
Quiet hours for the home are between 10pm and 7am.
No loud parties while you're here.

We have lived in the Denver Area for over 9 years. We originally lived in Highlands Ranch, but have recently relocated to Denver. We have also lived in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.; Baltimore, MD; Missouri; and Kansas. John likes the outdoors, biking, skiing, sports, and cooking. Jennifer enjoys museums, theater, and movies. Both like restaurants, breweries, the mountains, and exploring Denver.
John was formally employed in the hotel industry and currently drives for Lyft and Uber. We enjoy Airbnb, Lyft and Uber and how these sharing parts of the economy serve to make the world a little smaller. We really enjoy sharing a part of our home with travelers and want to make you as comfortable as possible for your stay.
