It features a private, 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a maximum depth of 1.6m where you can have a refreshing swim during hot summer days. Enjoy a lazy afternoon on one of the four sun loungers and get tanned. Furthermore, challenge family and friends by the ping-pong table and have a tasty barbecue afterwards to fill up your batteries. The porch is a nice spot for summer dinners underneath the moon. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
Watch a film in the satellite-TV in the air conditioned sitting-dining room or have a little siesta on one of the two sofas. A dining table invites six people to have dinner together. The open plan kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove. Furthermore, there's a washer, iron and ironing board.
You can relax in three bedrooms. Two of them are in the main house, one with a double bed and one twin bedroom. Furthermore, there's a shower bathroom. The third bedroom can be found in the annex and it has a double bed and a private shower bath.
Llucmajor is a large municipality in Mallorca where you will be able to enjoy lovely beaches like Cala Pi or Cala Blava, both coves with crystalline water. Furthermore you can visit the remains of Capocorb Vell as well as different churches and sanctuaries so you can learn more about the past of this amazing area.
There is outdoor parking space for 3 cars.
Pets are not allowed.
