The flat was quiet, clean and tidy! You being a professor at a university has nothing to do with the feedback of my property. I asked you to leave as you were clearly uncomfortable living in my home with my cat, which you made very clear from day one. I don't know why you even booked my flat as you knew I had a cat (young) and you are VERY afraid of them. You had the audacity to ask me if my cat could go somewhere else to stay, with all due respect my pet isn't being moved for anyone especially when you knew full well I had one in the first place. I did not only give you 30 mins to leave, I explained to Air bnb of the situation and said you could of stayed the Sunday evening, you chose to leave. I tried to talk to you but you ignored me. You also mentioned you were unhappy and thought of leaving because of my cat. I don't what else I could of said to you. As to you asking for a door handle, I explained my father was going to fit it for me, but the day he was you were in the room with your friend most of the time who I kindly allowed to stay and still hasn't paid) even though I told you. As to me entering your room, it's MY home remember and I have to get in to tidy up and change bedding and towels but that was impossible to do as you didn't allow me to get in, Milo must of entered twice! None of my other guests have made me so uncomfortable about me knocking and trying to chat or change a towel than you did! My cat is 4 months old and likes attention, when he jumps and bites he is playing, he has his moments like all animals. I could not take your fear away, it's not my fault or the cat....you shouldn't have booked knowing there was a cat staying here and just to remind you, not all cats just sit and sleep all day plus they don't like being shut in a room, it's cruel! As to my education, manners and empathy, the fact you would even mention this on my comments shows how closed minded you are!
You don't know anything about my education, oh that is because you didn't ask one insightful question when you stayed. The fact you have made this SO personal shows your true character. I have never been so insulted, I tried to keep it extremely amicable but you have made it SO personal and lowered the tone, in my opinion. In the future, don't book a room if you HATE cats it's not fair on the guest, host or cat!
