We were greatly disappointed in the house. Yes, it says that there is NO AC, however, there are NO screens to allow air to flow or fans for the house. The upstairs is so incredibly HOT that it feels like a sauna. It was not cleaned professionally. We had to clean it before we could live in it. We tried to communicate and Mike did say that he would bring "screens" but we would still need fans for all rooms. It was simply too hot to stay there so we left one night early and he would not refund our early departure. The house has a "Keurig" not a coffee pot. You would need to bring your own pods in order to use the Keurig. We woke up to an ant army that took over the kitchen, which took us 2 hours to clean. We did not have ant spray, so we used Windex and Cayenne pepper. Come to find out....bears tear off the screens to get into the houses around there. We decided to cut our trip short because we were miserable. This house was not worth over $400 per night for our family. We did find a local "catch and release" pond for my nephew to fish in. There is no waterfall (pictured), though we hiked for 2 hours to just find a trickle of a creek. House should provide local "things to do, places to eat, go." We did enjoy the community pool, but it was full of bees and lady bugs. There is not a "bbq" but it is a metal box on a stand that we used to roast marshmallows. You cannot use it to cook meat. It was dirty too. The patio had nice furniture to sit on, but the deck needs to be redone.
