This fantastic flat is modern and stylish with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It is close to great transport links, Canary Wharf, London City Airport and ExCel London. This flat would be a perfect fit for up to 4 people looking for a great value place to stay in a quieter neighbourhood which is still easily accessible to Central London.
This wonderful flat is located in a modern residential building in East London, close to Canning Town tube station. The flat has 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a communal garden area at the front of the property, which also has a children's play area.
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
This area is lovely and light due to the large windows. The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There is a high tech oven and hob, a variety of pots and pans, cutlery, plates and glasses. There is also a large fridge freezer so you are able to store plenty of food. The dining table seats 4 people in comfortable upholstered chairs.
In the living area there is a sofa and a chair, which are perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The TV has an array of Freeview channels.
Both bedrooms in the flat are good sizes. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed whilst the second bedroom has a double bed. Both beds will be spotlessly made up for you using hotel quality linen. There is also plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings.
The spacious bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. There is plenty of storage in here for you to be able to store your toiletries. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a luxurious walk in shower with a waterfall shower head, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

-There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group
-You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21
As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets. In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance. Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
