Your property will be supplied with a double bed, fresh linen and towels as standard in each bedroom. If you have booked extra occupancy, then we would be delighted to swap the double beds for single beds to accommodate your required configuration, just request this in an email prior to arrival. Please note that you do NOT have to book extra occupancy if we are not required to swap the beds.

This beautifully comfortable apartment is finished thoughtfully to a lovely standard, and would be an ideal modern living space for a larger group or family. The large airy lounge has been decorated in soft calming shades which compliment the light wooden floors and neutral soft furnishings. The lounge is a great size, not only furnished with comfortable sofas, but also with a dedicated dining area to entertain all of your guests or just to enjoy an intimate meal for two. The bedrooms in this apartment are both very generous doubles, again beautifully decorated with accent walls, ensuring that the décor adds to your relaxation. The master bathroom contains a full bathroom suite for the family and has both a larger than average size bath, as well as a powerful shower depending on your preference.
The apartment has been furnished to our usual exemplary standard, with leather suites and contemporary furniture in the lounge to relax on whilst you watch your digital television or just sit back and snooze after a hard days work. There are glass dining tables, matching sets of dining chairs, and even coordinated occasional tables to rest your devices on whilst using the complimentary WIFI. The bedrooms contain, as standard, a double bed and a modern contemporary furniture suite, comprising bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a built-in double hanging wardrobe large enough to accommodate even the most robust of travel wardrobes! The apartment is finished with clean freshly laundered sheets, crisp bedding and towels, and we've even added a digital television in the master bedroom as well so that you can relax in privacy with a bit of peace and quiet.
The kitchen in this property is beautifully appointed, with a range of fitted shaker style units complimented by light woodblock worktops which house all of the appliances ready for your use. Don’t forget that most of our apartments are fitted as standard with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, so that you can maintain your wardrobe at a time to suit you. The kitchen has been fully stocked with cooking utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery, and, unlike staying in a hotel and paying for expensive restaurant food, you can create whatever culinary masterpiece that you desire, whenever you feel like it, to whatever dietary and budget requirements that you have.
This development is definitely for people that value their privacy and living standards, and enjoy a country feel to their home environment. Set within the landscaped suburb of Maidenbower Village, this development is situated in a private cul de sac (so no traffic), and is very close to Maidenbower Park, with its picturesque walks, fresh air and plenty of open space to enjoy. Childrens playgrounds provide entertainment for the little ones to tire themselves out as well! Vehicle parking is complimentary within the well maintained grounds of the development and bicycle storage is available should you require it. Three Bridges train station is within walking distance, providing direct links into Central London or Brighton, and the local bus service stops directly outside the development, which is only a short journey time to both Gatwick Airport and Manor Royal. If you prefer to do a bit of local shopping, then the development is just down the road from the local shops and supermarket in the village square. The entire apartment will be cleaned and inspected fully, before your check-in, using hypo-allergenic cleaning materials. During your stay, it's your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness level that you require. To help you with this, we've made sure that there are basic cleaning materials in the apartment for your use.
Unlike "normal" rentals, or owner occupied properties, my apartments are solely intended to provide a quiet, private and secure environment for all guests. This means that you can use all of the amenities of the property without worrying about upsetting the host or having to wait for three other sharers to finish using the bathroom! The space is yours, and has been furnished beautifully to provide you with the most relaxing possible experience during your stay. Whether you want to cook a four course meal in your well appointed kitchen, do laundry using the complimentary appliances, or just sink in to one of the luxurious sofas whilst reading a book and sipping a latte (or glass of wine), the choice is yours. If you have a maintenance problem during your stay then don't worry. My qualified in-house maintenance team are on hand to ensure that your property is maintained to the highest possible standard during your stay. You like us when things go right, but you'll love us if things go wrong!
Don’t worry if you have seen us advertising a similar property on another listing on this site. They are all different properties! We own several properties within the same blocks and we have listed them all separately so that they can be booked consecutively by different clients. Alternatively, if the dates that you need are not available on this property, then have a browse through our other similar properties, I am sure that you will find something perfect for you!

- We love animals and we also know that your pets are a member of your family as well. Therefore, so long as you tell us beforehand, we will allow your furry friends to keep you company in your property whilst you live there (within reason). Please note that a small extra charge of £45 + vat (in addition to the regular cleaning charge) will be made for deep cleaning the property with specialist cleaning materials after you leave, as future tenants may have allergies that you are lucky enough not to suffer. This extra charge will be made locally at the point of check out.
Over the years I have travelled far and wide for business, staying in great (and not so great) hotels, apartments and shared houses. One thing became apparent, that for me, there were certain things that were absolutely essential to make a great stay. I don't want to stay in someone else's home, living by their rules and feeling uncomfortable in their presence, like a nuisance or an inconvenience. I want to relax and enjoy the whole property, not be restricted to certain areas or be told that I can't cook what I want, when I feel like it. I also expect to walk into a property and feel that it is clean, to my standards, and not "lived in" by someone else. I want new clean linen, fresh towels, my own bathroom, and, call me fussy, a strong shower or private relaxing bath. I like other people, genuinely I do, but I don't want to share a property with a load of other noisy people, that's why, in my properties that are shared, you will only ever have a maximum of one flatmate of the same sex. I want to get back from work, park my car in a free secure parking area, make something to eat, (nothing complicated as my cooking's not great - spaghetti bolognese probably) in a fully stocked kitchen with my own cupboards, and maybe do some laundry. I need WIFI that works - this is a basic human right, not just for emails but for films and social media too, and I want to watch my film in a comfortable lounge, preferably on a comfy sofa, with a glass of red and maybe have a relaxed chat with my flatmate. And for all this, I don't want any stress and I don't expect to pay any more than the average.
