A big and spacious apartment in a quiet, very central, neighborhood. Since it is the apartment I normally live in, it is equipped with all necessary amenities and please feel free to use flour, salt or whatever you can find, if you like to cook on your own.
Sleeps four adults comfortably, in one double bed (master bedroom) and one bunk bed (one bed on top of the other) in my son's room.
No need to bring towels, soap or shampoo.
You will be alone and have full access to the entire apartment.

It is possible that I will still be in Stockholm. If I am, I'll gladly help you if you need assistance. You will also receive a quite extensive document, covering various situations.
Running: Running one lap around Kungsholmen, the island where you will live, is a very nice 9k run. Simply go down some stairs, and you are by the water and can start running.
Bridge: Interested in the card game bridge? You will be 200 meters from the largest bridge club in Europe (6000 members), with competitions on various levels almost every day and night. Want to meet a world champion? Go to Sankt Eriks Bridgeklubb! Please let me know if you are interested.

I live in an apartment in the middle of Stockholm and I have a part-time eleven year old son. He sometimes comes along on my travels. I also have a girlfriend who is the captain of a big freighter ship.
I work as a consultant and also own a couple of companies, so my work is both fun and allows me to plan my own time. When I'm not working I'm running, playing tennis, going to the gym or playing the card game bridge (no, I am NOT 100 years old :))
My son, girlfriend and I discovered "home travelling" through Home Exchange, where you swap homes with each other. This has worked out so nicely that we are now also using AirBnB. Staying in someone's home is SO much nicer than staying in a hotel!
