We are very sorry your experience was so negative. We did our best to make you feel at home.
Unfortunately you closed the door the first day leaving the keys inside and we had to send someone to fix it at very late hours. Everyone’s time has a value and you neglected your responsibilities about the keys.
Seems this annoyed you very much, and started to complain about everything: the cleaning (no pictures or any other evidence), that you do not agree with my co-host living further than 5 min walk from the apartment, the flat ugly and dark, etc.
Again we are very sorry you lived such negative experience.
