Overall: It was not that good experience to me. I stayed in the master’s bed with a private bathroom throughout the whole summer. The room is spacious and has a nice comfy king size bed. It doesn’t look like from the picture its showing but pretty doable. It is easy to contact Tram. She sometimes response fast on airbnb messages. I thought she only had the security cameras to watch the house but she can hear, see and talk thru that camera. So basically, you are being video and audio recorded 24/7 during the stay. For the parking space, there are 4 parking spots in the driveway (3 spots available). One spot is always taken for the host’s car. It is first come first serve. There is 5 bedrooms for permanent renters and airbnb guests. The neighborhood parking gets filled up fast in the evening. It’s hard to find parking or you have to walk far if you weren’t lucky to get a spot in the driveway. This airbnb would be good for backpackers or short-term stay. I have to tell you there will be NO AC during the day time. It was over 90 degress outside and she still doesn’t turn on the AC. No one in the house have access to AC. Only option you have is to constantly message her to turn on the AC. I had to buy my own fan to survive. Good luck talking to her every day and asking her to turn on the AC. House policy used have laundry access (bring your own detergent) when I booked the room but one day she decided to locked the laundry room and told me policy changed and it costs $5 per load now. I asked the other airbnb guests if she was charging them for that… but they said she didn’t tell them anything. ***WARNING***In the kitchen, you will find many COCKROACHES. The kitchen is usually huge mess in the morning. If you plan to use the kitchen, this is not the airbnb for you. This house is NOT SOUND PROOF at all. You can hear every foot-steps, people going up and down the stairs, people talking downstairs in the kitchen, people talking in their room. NO PRIVACY.
