Dear Tom and Charlotte, thank you very much for your nice words.
It was a pleasure to have you at our house, even if for just two nights.
We've been happy to accept your booking just few hours before your arrival.
We know Casa Divina still needs some little works here and there, because it's a very ancient house (and this is also why it's so beautiful)... So, some furniture and some details in the bathroom just need some little fixing, but we thought it was not so serious to prevent us from welcoming guests.
It is not at all about "cleaning" (in fact, the bathrooms were both perfectly cleaned), but it is more about some "usury" (due to the "age" of the house and what it's in it) and we are taking care of it, step by step, fixing and improving everything.
We really want our guests to enjoy this wonderful place as we ourselves enjoy it!
Concerning the short "bumpy road" to climb the hill where Casa Divina is placed...
Well, somehow, it's the "fair price" we all pay to get here, in this silent, quiet, peaceful paradise, with birds singing, and deers, squirrels, raccoons and many others who are often appearing in the garden :)
(of course, we are taking care, with some helpers, to fix it, when it gets "too bumpy").
Thank you very much for your precious feedbacks!
Even if you were here for few hours, it's important for us to know every detail that can improve the place & how to get to the place, in order to offer an experience of joy and beauty to our guests!
Have a beautiful summer holiday!
