We thought we would take this opportunity to respond to your comments which we hope will be useful for future guests.
We contacted our broadband provider and they confirmed that there had been a local area fault during your stay for which we apologize. The fault has been fixed and the speed is now back to 6MB per second, so future guests should be able to stream films easily.
We often get comments on how comfy and nice our sofas are, but we understand your helpful comment about bad backs and will look into replacing the red sofa with a higher one.
I can confirm that the two single beds are standard single size which is correctly described in our listing.
We are in the process of arranging the fitting of in-built hanging space in the two kingsize bedrooms ready for our next guests, which will replace the freestanding hanging unit currently provided.
Thank you for your feedback on parking in Totnes. As it is such a special and vibrant place, it does get popular. However, there are some good places to park and I plan to provide future guests with tips on parking.
