Dear Radhika, You have written a negative public review talking about our property, when you were clearly specified after booking (personally by me - regarding pool rules), we also asked you to read the rules listed on the listing itself before confirming the booking (which you never bothered to), and then after making false promises of not drinking and using the pool, your entire lot flouted all rules - something completely not acceptable. You have written all negative things about our property, when we politely asked you and stopped you from using the pool under influence of alcohol due to safety reasons. You fail to understand, that the property you had booked is an Airbnb accommodation, which is not a hotel, but a personal home, which we share with good like minded people. WE DO NOT OFFER HOTEL LEVEL SERVICES, SO YOU CANNOT EXPECT US TO GIVE YOU ROOM CALL / HELP SERVICES. Secondly all properties have rules, which guests are expected to follow. You have written against our rules that we will fine you if you THROW UP after drinking, which is a rule to have people enjoy responsibly, and not MESS OR DISRESPECT OUR PROPERTY (We are not here to clean throw ups after irresponsible people get drunk and do so). Further we have very clearly specified in our listing that our pool is a deep pool and not available for pool parties. We have also specified pool timings, because we have a person overlooking the pool usage for safety of our guests. On my personal intervention again at night, we had to stop you from using the pool after being drunk and inebriated. You have mentioned about our person making you uncomfortable, which you fail to understand, is a person kept for safety (so that no mishap happens), and if you were to use the pool without drinking as per rules, there would be no need for any person to come and stop you in the first place. Just to take your frustration out, you have written about the maintenance of our pool (though its perfectly clean at all times). For your claim on rent of the property, your claim to have paid 53 grand to us, which includes 40% of taxes and fee, and also not to mention, includes the cost of hosting a group of 16 people.
