Hi Richard, thank you for your comments. Let me clear things with you regarding the electric bills. It was clear from the beginning that excessive use of electricity bill will be charged accordingly. We monitored the electricity billings and warned our clients if we noticed to be out of normal usage, in this case we did. We sent you an email but you did not respond nor acknowledge.
I am not sure of the noise and wifi issues, when we talked you said everything is alright, no issues.
We have cleaned and prepared the unit to the highest quality. Any dissatisfaction should be brought to our attention immediately so that we could rectify or improve the situation accordingly. This is your third stay with us and all the time you have the same comments and we do our best to work with you.
For the comment regarding check in "late host", you know very well it is not true. You told us you are coming late at night. We then reassured you that your unit will be available at anytime after 2:00pm. You had the instruction from us to facilitate your check in and everything was cleared with you.
We tried to keep in touch with you, please see emails correspondence but, all of these emails remains unanswered. Please take note that we could only communicate through emails as telephone calls from the Philippines to abroad are very expensive.
Please can I ask that you correct your comments, we pride ourselves to improve standards and can only do this through constructive and precise criticism.
