The house itself has an open-plan kitchen and dining area on its ground floor, which is very well designed. The kitchen takes up one half of the room with sleek aubergine-coloured cupboard units and pine wood surfaces. It is equipped with everything you may need such as an electric hob, double oven and a dishwasher for easy cleaning! The other side of the room has a dining table for six, with light pouring in from the patio door to the garden. In addition to the stunning acres of communal gardens, you have the luxury of a private paved garden which catches the light in the morning and provides a fresh space for guests to enjoy al fresco dining! It opens directly on to the communal space by the River where children can play and guests can enjoy the peaceful stretch of greenery! The first floor of the house is where you will find not one but two living areas! The south-facing living room boasts incredible views of the gardens and the peaceful rippling waters of the Thames. The room has an elegance about it with a range of contrasting textures and fun, bright artwork on the walls. Comfy patterned sofas are arranged around a glass coffee table and the windows are dressed with pleated drapes. The second living area has a similar finish with matching sofas and draped curtains. It is additionally equipped with a flat-screen TV and large array of books for guest’s entertainment. As you reach the second floor you will find the wonderful master bedroom on the south-side, boasting the wonderful view from two windows. It is of a good-size with a double-bed and ample storage space and has the luxury of an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath tub and overhead shower. The second bedroom also has built-in wardrobes and a double bed with a gorgeous flowered headboard. There is a shared bathroom on this floor which has a full-size bathtub with overhead shower. The final bedroom takes up the loft floor of the house and has its own en suite bathroom, ideal for a couple who desire extra privacy. There is plenty of light in this room which will wake you up in the morning as it hits the bed! The adjoining room serves as an informal sitting space with a corner sofa and coffee table. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a good-sized walk-in shower.
