This 2-story 1600 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath nicely furnished home has the great feeling of an open “beach-y” cottage with ocean views from bedrooms upstairs and a large great room downstairs.
The spacious great room with floor to ceiling windows and access to the beachfront deck showcases a large living room area with lots of comfortable seating, a fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable day and night.
A modern, well-equipped kitchen right next to the family room has all you need to satisfy your culinary desires - all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and you are all set. A dining area for 6 completes this “easy living” space downstairs.
There are two newly furnished and updated master oceanfront bedrooms, each with a Queen Size bed and two twin beds. Be lulled to sleep with the soft rhythms of the sea, and wake up to its beautiful vistas too.
The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, so this home comfortably sleeps 12 in beds, making it a great set-up for multiple families. There are 2 bathrooms - one with a large walk-in shower and the other with a separate tub and shower. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort.
There is a washer and dryer for your use and there are three non-covered designated parking spaces to make it easy to get settled in. We know that you will create precious memories of your seaside vacation in this private, seaside retreat.

The large well-furnished ocean front deck is great for enjoying sweeping ocean views, sunsets, starlit skies, and lots of ocean wildlife - birds, whales, dolphins too - making it an exquisite seaside experience for everyone.
It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente as it is between these two seaside communities. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes to the train station.
Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld and The San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. * Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
