Rustic and comfortable family home in Chiswick, a stone's throw from the Underground station.
The entire ground floor has rustic, hardwood floors and a country-style eat-in kitchen at the rear, with its access to a pleasant back garden with an al-fresco dining arrangement. The tasteful living area with its marbled fireplace and dangling chandelier, adjoins a twin study area connecting directly to the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a WC and access to the lower level utility room and informal TV area with its impressive collection of films.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, with a double bed, King size and a double sofa bed in the third bedroom, as well as access to a balcony. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower.
There are two children’s rooms on the top floor, one of which is a twin with two single beds, whilst the other has one single bed. The monochrome top floor bathroom has a generous bathtub and overhead shower.
Some noise from the trains can be heard as the station is very close by.\ There is a resident cat at this property who will not be present during your stay.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
- No pets, no parties or smoking, please

Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
