A real gem - this smart family home sits right opposite Clapham Common Park
Upon entering the house you will see stairs directly ahead and a living area to the right of the hallway – beautiful dark wood floors are spread throughout.
In the living room, the cream coloured décor stands out beautifully against the flooring. There are some sofas around a glass coffee table facing a feature fireplace and a flat screen TV to one side. Mirrored detail on the walls along with the large bay window brings in lots of light and makes the room bright and airy. Further in is another fireplace and a large corner sofa.
As you move towards the far end of the house, you will reach a bright kitchen which continues the theme of light white and cream décor. There is an island in the centre which works as a breakfast table with stools. The kitchen is equipped with all the best facilities including a large fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, integrated microwave and coffee maker. A dining table conveniently sits right beside this area and has seats for 6 people. Lots of light comes in through the patio doors of the back garden and the walls are decorated with lovely paintings.
The basement floor makes for a further living space and is equipped with a flat-screen TV , a large L-shaped sofa and a comfy armchair. There is also a handy utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and other essentials.
The master bedroom has a large king sized bed and big bay windows overlooking the park on the first floor. The beautiful en-suite bathroom is finished in light colours. It has a large tub and a separate walk in shower. There is a double basin sink as well as heated towel rail.
On the first floor is a lovely large bright double bedroom finished in white and blue with a patterned feature wall. There is a large white wardrobe and a study desk with chair to one side.
Located on the top floor, this room is finished in grey and white paint and has a bunk bed, sleeping 2 people, bookshelves, a wardrobe and a desk. An extra single bed is located here.
A single sized room on this floor is finished with a pink patterned feature wall and offers 2 single beds adjoined to form a king sized bed, sleeping 2 people. This room also features a wardrobe, bookshelves and a desk.
On the first floor is a bathroom featuring a WC, a single wash basin and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor is a bathroom finished in cream tiling with wooden accents and has a very large shower and heated towel rail.
There is a bathroom on the second floor finished in brown tiling with white fittings; it has a square tub with shower attachment as well as heated towel rail.
Out here you will find a lovely deck with a table, chairs and barbecue – great for enjoying breakfast al fresco or a drink in the evening. There is a little grassy area which has a bench and a basketball hoop.
The bunk beds are only suitable for children up to 12 years old or small adults. The pink bedroom has a trundle bed, which on request can be made up into a king - please note there is a little gap in between the beds when put together.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
- No pets, no parties or smoking, please
