On entry is the open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, Aldi Coffee Machine and stainless steel fridge. There is a 2nd fridge in the garage.
The lounge room has a flat screen television and DVD player. internet connection available.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, ensuite and large walk through robe. There is a small television and ceiling fan, plus a small deck off the end. Bedroom two has a double bunk and king single bed. Bedroom 3 has a cantilever (double with a single on the top) and a king single bed. Both bedrooms 2 & 3 have wall fans and there are also pedestal fans. Linen not provided.

Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique ‘Indies Films’ to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
